The Optimal Length of Pancreatic Dochotomy in Frey's Procedure Based on Intraoperative Pancreatoscopy

Introduction: Surgery is the cornerstone of treatment chronic pancreatitis that refractory to medical management. Frey's procedure a commonly performed surgery in management pancreatitis. This study aims describe optimal length pancreatic dochotomy based on intraoperative pancreatoscopy. Methods: A retrospective data all patients who underwent between January 2015 June 2021 were included study. Patient's demographic data, Izbicki pain score, indications, findings, including pancreatoscopy and noted for each procedure. Results: total 15 during this period. The most common indication was intractable pain. Pancreatoscopy where diameter duct presence inflammation strictures noted.
